Cheese, Balsamic and Baguette…Oh My!

Have you ever looked at a item in your kitchen and instantly got inspired? We had some gorgonzola cheese left over and instantly the thought hit us! Lets add a little of this, add a little of that and a beauty was born!

An appetizer to top all appetizers.

4-5 Ounces Gorgonzola

1/2 Balsamic Vinegar – Enough to drizzle (We used this brand)

1 Loaf Crusty Bread

1/2 Cup Bacon Jam 


Heat Oven to 300 Degrees & Toast Baguette.

Spread on Gorgonzola Cheese.

Spread on Bacon Jam.

Drizzle with Vinegar.
